Today we got a whirlwind of things going down, so it’s going to be more of kind of like a day in the life type, video we’re going to start this fineing young morning off by going and getting some uh some Dutch Bros. What’S up my guy anyways after that uh, we are going to go to my new house, so we can check up on a couple things and I want to show you guys the garage they finished. The garage I have not yet seen it in person only in like a couple, uh photos, but the garage looks so nasty and the lights aren’t even in for anyone who is wondering I painted the walls myself and that turned out A1 one quality And uh after that, the epoxy floor guys came in epoxied the floor and it looks absolutely Ballers so uh Dutch Bros go to my house and then go to the shop over and out yeah. That thing is sick. Dude respecting all builds, is getting extremely hard, pretty much uh quick little tour of what’s going down, so the whole house is getting repainted right now. So literally the whole entire house, so that would mean, like all the walls, the bathroom blah blah blah. I don’t know what color they’re getting painted Emma picked. It all out life advice.
If you’re married is let your wife pick that stuff cuz, I really don’t care and she does a good job. But what I do care about is the garage is done. Look at that and it’s not even fully done yet so as You’ see that stuff. That’S all just like leaves and random crap on the ground. They still have to they’ll be back in two days.
They have to lay the final sealer on the floor and then buff it so it’ll be like three times more shiny than that, but yeah we went with a black gray and white marble finish. I got three of the big ass panels of hexlets dude. Imagine the garage it’s going to be so nasty M3 parked in the corner, Lambo right in the middle that will complete the garage all out and then uh. As you can see, we got all of our brand new appliances, so we got dishwasher oven microwave. I don’t know why I had to name them.
If you don’t know what oven dishwasher microwave is but anyways yeah. So all the new appliances are in they’re redoing all the paint right now, so the paint will be done in like two days. Is then, after that the carpet people will come in, do the carpet and then maybe we’ll actually move in we’ve owned this house for, like a month now and still haven’t like even thought about moving in anyways to the shop weather? Is everything but optimal? Look at broil F-150 hooked up to the ened Traer fit in for real anyways.
We got, he got pain, Mash, heads and tails on. I know I already goty Jo. You know how you know. No all right! Well, as you can see, we have made it to the shop.
Oh, we got to mount up these amps on these dueles and then uh go out back and uh load the Ranger, and then I will be explaining to the lower IQ of followers. Why? I wants to sell my l5p where’s. He going dude has zero IQ. I literally before we pulled out of the shop.
I go go slow in the parking lot, so it doesn’t fling up all the crappy dirt, all over the side of the paint that he just spent eight hours cleaning, and here he is hauling ass through the parking lot getting the whole entire thing, dirty that right There is what you call job security, kids dude. This is what Trev needs nothing suck sucks more than mounting duy Wheels. The main reason why dues always suck is cuz. This is an 8 and 1 12 wide wheel and usually we’ll either put 1350s or 1550s on duly wheels. So if you take something that big and you’re trying to put something that big on it, you have to compress it down to literally that big to fit in between the beads so pretty much.
What I’m saying here is: it is a pain in the ass we’re bsing out. Sorry, I was so so over stimulated by how good the tip looked. That’S what she said. That’S what she said yeah! You want to see why dly suck dick holy , because of that and for everybody – that’s like you should get to snap on something something machine yeah.

If we take the winch and put it up here, it’ll pull it down which, for instance, will pull that side up which will get right on the trailer little brother lit. You can suck these balls. Actually, oh the wheel fell off yeah. I just took the whole ramp with it, yeah all right. Well, according to my calculations, we should be able to just literally set the whole thing on the ramp and then drive it off the trailer you didn’t shut, that door l5p put on for the city pulling it out in two wheel, drive true steel body put on For the city CU, it’s just a steel body; it always does so we’re not selling those we’re going to go over that in a minute. Let’S go no straps needed for this beauty, see what I did there yeah. I did.
I put the nut in that hole. What did he so when I download it, I’m literally no ramps or anything, I’m just going to drive it straight out the trailer it’s going to work impeccably all right! Well now the Rangers all strapped down and taken care of now we can get to the real meat and beans, the beans and meat and rice of this video uh. As you guys would know, this is my 2018 GMC 3500 l5p mineral green S400 build trans like pretty much. Everything is kind of touched on this truck, I’m not going to say fully built because it seems that that triggers a lot of people.
So this is my built 2018 l5p uh. Now there are probably a handful of people that saw. I posted this thing on Marketplace and a lot of people are wondering: why would you invest like 25 Grand into a truck after paying like 55 grand for it and then in turn, sell it for $ 2,000, less so pretty much? Why would you just automatically throw $ 20,000 away science uh? That is a fantastic question, so I am going to be walking you guys through on pretty much like this truck is super badass, but this is like my daily driver slit to like every single day and I think, a main factor of why I want to sell This thing is for how much money I am into this truck.
I feel like the enjoyment that I get back out of. It is not worth the price tag of what I have paid and what I’m into do this thing huh now that being said, this is still like a super badass truck but uh straight off the rip. I have never been a GM guy uh every single GM. Every single Duramax that I have has been a heaping pile of garbage. There was one Duramax that I had.
It was actually cool and it was a 2005 LL and I blew it up and put an LML Block in it. Had uh S400 compounds and made about a th000 horsepower um that was the only cool Duramax that I’ve ever had, but still it was all problems now we should buy it back. Dude I’ve tried. I really have tried, not one. I’Ve not had good luck with this truck and this truck’s like finally like it is 100 % dialed like as you can see, it’s Towing the ranger.
I took it this weekend on like an 8 Hour like an 8 hour there 8 Hour back trip toing like 15,000 lbs. It did great uh, like the truck, is very dialed, as it sits right now, but I think my two main complaints with it is one like for how much money I’m investing in this truck. I could have had a freaking any level or like a brand new Aluma Duty and yeah. I don’t know for the amount of money that I’ve dumped into this thing and obviously like straight off the rip sell in this thing, I’m going to lose 20 grand, but I rather be in something else. Now I’m not discrediting discrediting this truck.
Like I said, badass truck sounds nasty, looks nasty. It drives really good, but there’s just at the end of the day, personal preference. I would rather have aand brand new Aluma Duty, maybe on an any level kid in 30s. Now you might be saying you can’t daily drive that brother, you can daily Drive practically anything. If you can daily drive a th000 horsepower FIP, you could probably daily drive an it.
Uhp might disagree heavily on both of those but yeah. I mean a little walkthrough of the truck while we’re at it. It’S absolutely atrociously dirty right now, like I, I use the hell out of all of my trucks as you, as you guys have seen, but uh it’s mineral which is very rare. Factory color uh built headlights, built tail lights, every single plastic and the front uh the whole front end. The hood, like everything that had a single rock chip on it, has been resprayed and fixed.
When I got the truck, the old owner decided to start talking, on my my Tik Tok comments like two days after I bought it. He’S like, oh by the way I backed into the door with a skid steer, so that is fixed. It’S on 2414 American Force Frost with the floating caps, uh they’re, fully custom engraved uh. The frame has been sanded down and it’s just painted like glost black, so it looks a lot better uh. You can’t really see it right now, but everything under the truck is powder coated and the powder coat colors are mineral green to match the paint, uh and chrome which a lot of people are wondering, does uh powdered coated Chrome hold up and the answer to that Question is yes, um inside kind of dirty right now.
It’S it’s pretty it’s not plain chain in here, but I mean it’s nothing: crazy, fully loaded Denali. It’S got a carbon fiber lowkey mid as hell dumbass steering wheel, um, Starlight, headliner suede headliner, two 12s to like a 1200 WT amp or 1500 WT amp yeah, like I said it’s fully loaded tolly now, when you really get into what’s more special About this truck, that would be the fact that it has an S S 4, s467, full S400 Swap and a built trans by Demetri Miller. If you guys know Duramaxes Demetri Millard is like up here on Duramax stuff um, but anyways. It made over 800 on the dyno and it runs phenomenally, but truck is not me like I’m well over $ 80,000 on this truck. In my mind, if I were to buy this truck in the form that it is, I would be happy I would.
I would feel happy if I had 6 ,000 invested into it, not well over 80 plus. Now that’s a lot of damage. Now there is only one truck that I would replace the l5p with and if that truck sells, then I’m just going to keep the l5p because, like I said I do like the l5p, I just rather have something different uh. So if the truck that I have my eyes on sells, then I’ll just keep the LF so badass truck, but until that day, if uh any of you are actually serious and not just going to DM me on uh. What is it, Facebook Marketplace and just DM me racial slurs, then I am asking I’m not asking if I don’t get $ 60,000 out of that truck.
I just won’t sell it because it’s worth $ 60,000 any day of the week. Personally, I feel that is what the truck is worth like if I were to go, buy it and I paid $ 60,000 for it for that truck I’d be stoked, but the fact I’m like 80, something into this thing, makes me quite literally want to hop in It and drive it off the cliff. If you guys are actually serious, then uh feel free to. I don’t know, get in contact with me. It’S really not that hard.
We can talk some numbers on that truck but, like I said, if I’m not getting $ 60,000 for that truck, I just simply won’t sell it and you might be asking what Wheels it comes on come come follow me if you want it, how it sits on The custom gray forces you can have it for 64 Grand, but for 60,000 you can either have it on those black and mil horses, uh or there’s some hostiles somewhere. If you have less of an IQ, you can have it on those 22 in hostiles or if you want it for 58 Grand, you can have it on any set of stocks over there that you could see or if you want to pay, even more money and Have your own custom setup, then we can make that happen. I own a tire shop, guys: okay, uh, but anyways enough, yabber and blabber, and whatever the hell we’re doing, let’s go drop the ranger off. You want to know something that won’t get old with this truck that right there, the clap does not get old brother, but uh we’re going to head down to husky. Do some performance drop off this unit of a Ford Ranger?
Well, first, we got to figure out how to download it and then uh go from there. That’S not good. How am I supposed to get the jack off? How am I supposed to to get this brother just start spinning it all right? Well, as you can see, uh we’re going to download the ranger off the trailer, but Kad said just leave the trailer here so well.
We found out on the way here that the l5p has a limiter, so we are going to drop this trailer down and give you guys a little bit of limiter action because it sounds nasty. The slight problem we’re running into is, I gave a little much two angle to the dangle. No good the previous owner probably would have just jammed it so hard in the tailgate. The whole tailgate would probably that’s probably why it looked. The tailgate looked like it did when we got it cuz.
He probably did that that’s going to go right into the rear. Bumper, you sure it can’t be much worse than when I bought the truck hold on hold on hold on where’s the key where’s, the key. Okay, well, we got about two Ines of air here, all right start brake, boosting in well that worked. The old owner probably would have just unhitch It Off the Ball and Let It Go rammed into the back bumper hit the limit yeah. My my my ears are ringing, but that’s nasty anyways.
